Established in 1850, Hiram is a private, residential liberal arts college.

WORTH NOTING

Hiram offers domestic and international study trips to numerous destinations on six continents. Whereas many smaller schools rely on programs offered through larger universities, Hiram faculty and staff coordinate trips through our own Study Abroad Office.

Known as the Hiram Plan, our academic calendar is comprised of two 15-week semesters divided into a 12-week traditional session and a 3-week session dedicated to a single course of study.

Hiram is pleased to offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. This unique program integrates the colleges stellar liberal arts and exceptional sciences programs with content from the discipline of nursing.

Accelerated Biomedical Humanities will prepare students for med, vet, and dental school in three years.
